Don Blyth - Serving Ottawa and Surrounding Areas
I grew up in West End Ottawa and am a life-long resident of the Ottawa area. In 1974 I purchased my first condominium apartment and immediately took a keen interest in condominium living and condominium management.
In 1976 my wife Berthe and I had our first new home custom built in the Manotick area, and in later years we had custom homes constructed in the village of Carp, and in rural Kanata, where we built an R2000 home complete with a geothermal heating system. Over the years, I maintained a strong interest in residential real estate, attending many related information sessions and open houses; always keeping abreast of new construction techniques, new housing developments, condominiums, legislation, and other changes in the real estate market.
In 2004, following a 35 year career in the federal public service, I obtained my real estate license and have never looked back. I enjoy the real estate field immensely and take great pride in serving all of my clients.
My objective is to work with a limited number of clients at any one time as I feel strongly that personalized service is the key ingredient to meeting someone’s real estate requirements. I have worked with clients throughout the Ottawa urban and rural areas (including Embrun, Morewood, Chesterville, Osgoode and Pakenham) and I enjoy working in both the residential and condominium markets.
